The International Coordination Council for Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) together with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation conducted a webinar dedicated to the implementation of Federal Law No. 140-FZ dated June 7, 2025, “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On Freight Forwarding Activities’”.
The event was organized within the framework of the CCTT Legal Committee and gathered representatives of transport and logistics companies, freight forwarders, lawyers, industry associations, and relevant government agencies.

The establishment of the reception desk is an important step towards ensuring transparency and predictability in the regulatory environment for freight forwarding activities. The platform will help promptly identify problem areas and develop joint solutions for successful implementation of legislative changes.
