HELP DESK is a support service for CCTT members, providing operational information, professional analytics, and expert advice required for operations in the field of international transportation and logistics, including those involving the territory of Russia.

The CCTT HELP DESK includes the following:

  1. Provision of up-to-date information on:  
    • existing (and potential) international routes, as well as transport infrastructure (terminals, ports, logistics centers, etc.) located on these routes;
    • train schedules, existing multimodal services, tariff conditions;
    • existing end-to-end rates and route charts on international transport corridors;
    • rules for the carriage of goods in international rail traffic and their current amendments.

  2. Promotion of transport and logistics products:
    • marketing of services and capabilities of logistics companies;
    • search for partners and counterparties; assistance in establishing contacts with other CCTT members (for example, finding a forwarder in a specific country, negotiating cooperation with a carrier)).

  3. Prompt support for addressing current issues of international transportation participants concerning:
    • terms and conditions of international transport and logistics activities, including those involving the territory of Russia;
    • technical conditions and requirements for the carriage of specific goods;
    • matters of transport and customs regulation;
    • advisory service on "GosLog" for forwarders and other participants of international transportation.

  4. Expert assistance in::
    • searching for specialized experts;
    • organizing specialized events and meetings on specific issues in the field of international logistics;
    • collecting and analyzing proposals from CCTT members for the purpose of developing the transport market.
