On the sidelines of the 8th International Transport and Logistics Business Forum “NEW SILK WAY”, held in Astana on 14–16 October as part of Kazakhstan Transport Week, the International Coordinating Council for Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT), the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan (KAZLOGISTICS), and Global Group Holding LLC signed a Memorandum on the Development and Promotion of the Russia–Kazakhstan International Freight Express Service.

The International Coordination Council for Trans-Eurasian Transportation (ICCTT) held the webinar "Russia’s Food Security: Logistics Chains in New Geopolitical and Infrastructure Realities" on the TRANSRUSSIA CONNECT platform on October 9, 2026.

The Russian University of Transport (MIIT) is celebrating its 130th anniversary. CCTT Secretary General Mikhail Goncharov congratulated the university's staff on this milestone.

On 30 September, the Transport Education Forum — a platform for open professional dialogue among heads of transport education institutions, government officials, the academic community, and leading industry experts — opened at the Russian University of Transport (MIIT). The International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) took part in the forum, continuing its traditional support for RUT (MIIT) initiatives in training transport industry professionals and in expert and academic cooperation.

On 2 October, a joint meeting on the roadmap for the development of the transport and logistics industry was held in Moscow. The event was organised by the Transport and Logistics Committee of the CIS Business Centre for Economic Development in cooperation with the Transport and Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). CCTT took part in the meeting.

On September 16, St. Petersburg hosted a round table titled "Continuous Cold Chain: International Logistics of Fish Products" as part of the 9th International Fishery Forum and Exhibition (Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2026). The event was organized by CCTT in cooperation with the Association of Food Sector Enterprises and Expo Solutions Group.

On September 16, St. Petersburg hosted a round table titled «Continuous Cold Chain: International Logistics of Fish Products» as part of the IX International Fishing Forum and Exhibition of the Fishing Industry, Seafood and Technology (Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2026).

The International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) is taking part in the OSJD–ESCAP Joint Interagency Meeting dedicated to facilitating railway border crossing procedures. CCTT member companies represented at the meeting include JSC "UTLC ERA", LLC "Global Group Holding", and LLC "Industrial Logistics". The event is being held in Tbilisi from September 8 to 10, hosted by JSC "Georgian Railway".
