Webinar on the topic of tracking goods transportation in accordance with the EAEU Agreement on the use of navigation seals

On February 9, 2026, within the framework of the CCTT Legal Information Center and the CCTT project “Electronic Seals”, a webinar was held on the topic of tracking goods transportation in accordance with the EAEU Agreement on the use of navigation seals.

Experts from the Center for Digital Platforms Development (CDPD) answered the following questions:

• Which road and rail transportation of goods fall under the scope of the Agreement?
• What does a carrier need to perform transportation using a navigation seal?
